I help people find calm in the chaos—and not just by talking about feelings, but by doing real work that leads to real change. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, proficient in English and Spanish, I work with clients ages 10 and up to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My specialties include ADHD and emotional regulation—two areas where clarity, compassion, and practical tools matter deeply. My clients come to me when they’re tired of the same patterns, overwhelmed by expectations, or simply ready to stop shrinking themselves to make others comfortable. I don’t believe in sugarcoating. I believe in holding space and holding people accountable. Therapy isn’t always easy—but it should feel honest, human, and empowering. Whether I’m working one-on-one, leading workshops like Anger Transformation, Growth Mindset, or The 5 Keys to Resilience, or speaking about healthy emotional regulation, my mission is the same: to inspire adults to uplift our youth, transforming anger into hope through healthy emotional regulation.
