A Safe Space to Just Be – Teen Girls Group (Ages 13-15)
In the whirlwind of middle school—friend drama, school stress, social media pressures, and figuring out who you are—it can feel hard to truly relax and be yourself. This group is that gentle landing spot: a welcoming, confidential circle where 13, 14 and 15-year-old girls can show up exactly as they are, without judgment or expectations.
Led by Marisa Stalvey, MS, LPC, this supportive space lets you:
Connect with peers who get it (no forced sharing—talk when you feel ready)
Share real feelings about friendships, family, self-image, stress, or whatever's on your mind
Build confidence, practice and learn healthy coping skills to handle big emotions, and feel less alone
Enjoy low-pressure activities, laughs, and moments of calm in a fun, empowering vibe
No homework, no "fixing" required—just a chance to breathe, listen, be heard, and remind yourself you're not the only one navigating this stage of life.
