Join us for a fun, colorful, and meaningful creative wellness experience designed for boys and girls ages 7–12!
Through hands-on creativity, gratitude activities, and engaging coping-skills exercises, children will explore their emotions, discover ways to manage stress and frustration, and practice expressing themselves in healthy, positive ways.
Each child will decorate their very own mason jar with colorful designs, encouraging words, and cheerful smiley faces—or whatever inspires their creativity! They'll also create gratitude notes to fill their jars with reminders of the people, experiences, and little things that bring them joy.
What to Expect:
